Founders Rick & Sandee Lester
Rick flew F-4's while stationed in Taegu, Korea and at the same time, Sandee toured the Far East with an all-female show band playing the keyboards and singing lead vocals. They met at Taegu Air Base where the band performed.
Rick and Sandee married in 1981. Seven years of marriage and two children later, their relationship was failing. When Sandee's father died suddenly, she fell into a deep depression, turning to another man for support. Rick then received an assignment to go to Germany for three years. Sandee resisted going with him and contemplated divorce.
Sandee's parents divorced when she was sixteen, and so she anguished over the consequences of divorce for her children. Although she wasn't living a Godly life, God continually reminded her He wouldn't approve of her divorcing Rick. Eventually she turned to God and asked Him to show her how to love her husband again.
Rick had tried everything in his power to "fix things," to no avail. He finally gave up and reached out to God. Together, Rick and Sandee turned their marriage and their lives over to God. Since then, God has blessed them greatly for their obedience. Rick and Sandee want to help other couples realize love and joy in their marriages as God intended it to be.
